Neuro Recovery coaching is a person-centered approach. Recovery, Spirituality, and Neuroscience are implemented together or individually. If you want to learn about Recovery, then we focus on recovery. If you choose to work on recovery and spirituality, then we focus on that. If you choose recovery and neuroscience we will take that pathway. Either way, I can meet you where you are at.
Recovery refers to the process of healing, growth, and restoration after experiencing physical, mental, and emotional life-controlling issues.

2. Daily Steps: Follow the same 5 steps each day:

· Focused Reflection: Focus on the one toxic thought.
· Write: Journal your thoughts to consolidate memory and gain clarity.
· Recheck: Review and reflect on your journal to stimulate neuroplasticity and decide whether to change or reinforce the thought.
· Active Reach: Perform actions to practice the new healthy thought at least 7 times a day.
3. Active Reaches: Actions to reinforce the new thought, like positive affirmations or visualizations.
4. Days 22-63: Stabilize and grow the new thought by continuing the 5 steps and adding new actions.
